Founded by McKenzie Graves, a Washington, D.C. native and certified phlebotomist, United Mobile Phlebotomy was created to make lab testing more accessible, convenient, and patient-focused. McKenzie completed her phlebotomy certification through UDC’s Workforce Development Program and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Business from Louisiana State University.
With professional experience at Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp, McKenzie has also worked as a phlebotomist in oncology, cardiology, primary care, and obstetrics and gynecology offices. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of patient care and the importance of accuracy and compassion in every draw.
Combining business and healthcare to close the gaps and improve health outcomes, McKenzie recognized how transportation challenges, busy schedules, and mobility limitations often prevent patients from completing essential lab work. Her solution — bringing the lab directly to them — merges her healthcare expertise with her business knowledge to deliver a service built on precision, compassion, and trust.
Guided by the core values of convenience, professionalism, and compassion, every interaction is handled with respect for the patient’s time, comfort, and privacy. From appointment booking to specimen delivery, United Mobile Phlebotomy ensures a seamless, patient-centered experience.
